is is regarding feedback of our experience with Mr. Laurence Tan and Ms. Josephine Lim for renting our current home. We came in contact with them through one of the property website and met and in the first meetings/house visit finalised the house, though on our end also we had done all the research and pinpointed the property. But the role of Laurance and Josephine after that was so professional and quick that even though we were new to Singapore we had no trouble in any paperwork.
